Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), also known as Final Inspection, stands as the prevalent form of inspection aimed at validating the overall quality of an entire shipment. Typically, it necessitates the completion of production and packaging of at least 80% of the goods into cartons.

Samples for inspection are chosen randomly, aligning with established international standards and procedures. At Inspaction, we adhere to the international (AQL) guidelines, serving as our benchmark for sampling standards and acceptable quality levels.

It’s advisable to schedule a Pre-Shipment Inspection at least 2 working days before the intended loading date. This provides the buyer with enough time to review the inspection report and make informed decisions about proceeding with the planned shipment release or engaging in discussions with the manufacturer regarding any necessary corrective actions.
